spicy potato wedges

i made this for breakfast/so late it’s almost brunch this morning, but i also eat tuna melts for breakfast, so take from that what you will.
these used to be tasty, but not particularly crispy, when i was making them in an oven that was scared of getting too hot. now i live with a shiny oven that can get as hot as i want it to, so they are extra nommy.

preheat oven to 475 F.
wash as many potatoes as you want to eat.
cut them into chunks that seem like the right size to you.
mix olive oil, chili powder, onion powder, and frank’s red hot together to taste. put this mixture and the potato chunks in a big ziploc bag, seal it, and shake until the wedges are evenly coated.
put them on a baking sheet and bake for around 30 minutes.
i like to eat them with ketchup, and mix a bit of frank’s with it, because the spicier the better in my opinion.
